Kitchener House Cleaning is a booking line, not a cleaning company and not a directory. It connects to one local residential cleaning business that works across the city — the century homes downtown and around Victoria Park, the 1970s to 1990s suburbs through Forest Heights, Stanley Park, Country Hills and Rosemount, the new builds in Doon South and Huron Park, and the condos and apartments along the ION line — plus Bridgeport, Doon and Breslau.
Finding a cleaner in this city still mostly happens through Facebook groups and word of mouth, which works right up until the person you found stops answering the phone. The point of this site is a straight line to a company that carries insurance and WSIB coverage, quotes in writing before it books, and sends the same crew back to your house.
What we will not do: publish reviews we do not have, invent a star rating, quote a rate we cannot stand behind, or sell your phone number to a list of companies who will all call you. This site is new. It says what it can do and nothing more.
What the cleaning company handles

What it does not handle
Carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, exterior windows above the ground floor, junk and furniture removal, mould remediation, duct cleaning and anything structural. You will be told when a job belongs to a different trade rather than sold a clean that cannot fix it.
How this works
When you call 548-490-4731 or send the form, your details go straight to the cleaning company's office. They ask about the house, quote it in writing, and do the work under their own insurance and WSIB coverage. Your information is not sold, not shared with a list of competing companies, and there is no markup added to your bill for the introduction.
